Thank you for trusting us with your Bible restoration. Because each project involves custom labor, handcrafted materials, and the restoration of your personal property, our policy differs from standard retail stores. Please review our terms regarding deposits, cancellations, and completed work.
1. Non-Refundable Down Payment
- 50% Deposit Requirement: All Bible repair, restoration, and custom leather re-binding projects require a 50% non-refundable down payment at the time the order is placed.
- Purpose of Deposit: This deposit immediately secures your place in our production schedule, covers initial consultation time, and funds the procurement of premium genuine leather and specialized binding materials for your specific Bible.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipping Your Bible: If you choose to cancel your order before you mail or deliver your Bible to us, your 50% down payment is retained to cover administrative costs and material allocation. Any balance paid beyond the initial 50% will be fully refunded.
- After Work Begins: Once we receive your Bible and begin the evaluation, repair, or leather-crafting process, the project cannot be canceled. The full balance of the order is due upon completion.
3. Returns and Completed Work
- No Returns on Custom Work: Because our service is applied permanently to your personal heirloom, all completed restorations are final. We do not accept returns on custom leather covers or binding work, and we cannot undo the restoration process once complete.
- Our Commitment: We take the utmost care with your sacred texts. If you have any concerns about the craftsmanship or fit of your new leather cover upon receiving it, please contact us immediately so we can address it.
4. Shipping and Completed Projects
- Inbound Shipping: You are responsible for safely packaging and shipping your Bible to us. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
- Return Shipping: Completed Bibles will be shipped back to you with a tracking number along with being insured. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
