Welcome back to Grace Unbound! I want to assure everyone that I am here, I am not a robot and I look forward to taking the needed care in repairing and rebinding your Bible! I sometimes wonder by creating the shop where you can choose an option and any available customization if it feels like the human, caring element is removed? I mean you click on whichever option you are choosing and then you fill out the options for that option and then add any other options to that order and click pay now and then pay the 50% deposit or the full amount and then send your Bible through the Mail and then . . .Yes, we are here and we are real!
I want everyone to know, that when I went through and created those options, I took all of the quotes and potential quotes into serious consideration and care. When creating those options, there was a very human side to them and because of that, you can be rest assured that when you choose one and follow through with payment that there is a very human side to your Bible being received to be repaired and rebound. There is also of course, any questions or follow ups that we or that you may have, will be followed up on and answered.
I have this concern that maybe going through and choosing the options available may feel like it takes the human side out of the process. So on that feeling I decided to add Request A Quote to the website. So what this means that if you aren’t quite sure or comfortable with just picking some options and sending your Bible to us, then please use the Request A Quote option, pick your choices, and we will send you a personalized quote with that human touch to it. I can understand being skeptical and not sure if I would want to mail my Bible off to someone without talking with them first. Although that also depends and I might be ok with it. Totally understandable! Everybody has different comfort levels.
So whichever way you decide to go through with the process of getting your Bible repaired and rebound with Grace Unbound, there is a human that is not afraid to ask questions, and who will be handling your Bible with care throughout the whole process.
